We are a team of entrepreneurs & travel specialists based in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, Vietnam. Our passion lies in sharing the rich Vietnamese culture and hospitality with everyone. We believe that through this sharing, we contribute significantly to preserving local culture.
We started our venture with a chain of BnB homes named Easternstay in Hanoi between 2017 and 2020. Moving forward, in 2020, we established Connek Hotels in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, marking our expansion and commitment to enhancing the travel experience. Additionally, we launched the Hanoi Local Ambassador program, a post-Covid initiative crafted to foster hospitality, instill pride, and ignite the passion of young individuals in sharing the rich tapestry of local cultural values with travelers.
In 2022, observing the challenges travelers faced in using online information for trip planning, often leading to disappointing experiences when reality didn’t match their expectations, we introduced Connek Trip. The mission of Connek Trip is twofold: to connect travelers with the authentic local culture and to simplify the travel planning process with our deep local insights.
