Day 1: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (11-13 km trekking, 4-5 hours) ️
- Morning Arrival: Reach Sapa Bus Station around 5:30 a.m. Our friendly driver welcomes you. A short transfer takes you to your hotel for freshening up and breakfast.
- Y Linh Ho Village: At 9:30 a.m., embark on a 5 km walk along a mountain trail to Y Linh Ho village. Here, the Black Hmong tribe resides, far from the tourist crowds. Immerse yourself in raw Sapa culture by visiting native houses, learning about their customs, and witnessing their handicrafts made from natural materials like hemp and indigo.
- Muong Hoa River: Continue walking down to Muong Hoa River. Rest or take a refreshing swim before trekking uphill to Lao Chai village.
- Tavan Village: Enjoy a picnic lunch in Lao Chai, then explore Tavan village. The Day and Red Dzao tribes reside here amidst the stunning panoramas of rice terraced fields. Dinner and an overnight stay await at a local homestay.
Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Sapa (6-8 km trekking, 3-3.5 hours)
- Breakfast at Homestay: Start your day with breakfast at the homestay.
- Giang Ta Chai: Trek approximately 8 km to the Red Dzao village of Giang Ta Chai. Navigate up and downhill, passing through bamboo forests. Along the way, discover a waterfall, cross the Rattan bridge, and rest by a stream for a swim and a picnic lunch.
- Hau Thao Village: Walk uphill about 2 km to Hau Thao village. From here, catch a car back to Sapa.
- Free Time in Sapa: Explore Sapa town until it’s time to transfer to the bus station for your journey back to Hanoi.
